Are fabric markers included with the hoodie?
Yes! Every DyeDrift hoodie comes with a set of 12 fabric markers, so your child can start colouring right away. Each hoodie is designed to deliver a complete, screen-free creative experience straight out of the package.
Are the fabric markers washable?
Yes. The markers are made for fabric and are designed to stay on the hoodie after washing.
For best results, allow the coloured hoodie to dry for 24 hours before washing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us at support@dyedrift.com as soon as possible and include your order number.
Once an order has entered production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the hoodie must be unused, uncoloured, and in its original packaging.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 5–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
Is shipping included in the price?
We offer flat-rate shipping of $9.95 CAD on all orders.
Free shipping is available on orders of $99 CAD or more.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within Canada and the United States only.
