Are fabric markers included with the hoodie?

Yes! Every DyeDrift hoodie comes with a set of 12 vibrant fabric markers so your child can start colouring right away. We want every customer to enjoy the full creative experience as soon as their hoodie arrives.

 

Are fabric markers washable?

The markers are designed for fabric and will stay on the hoodie after washing. For best results, it is recommended letting the coloured hoodie dry for 24 hours before its first wash. Once washed, the colours may gently fade, leaving behind a soft, vintage look that adds lasting charm and character.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept all major Credit Cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

 

How do I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, the quickest way is to email us at support@dyedrift.com, including your request along with your order number.

 

What is my return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. For further assistance, feel free to reach out to us at support@dyedrift.com.

 

How fast will I receive my order?

Our team is always working hard to get your package delivered as soon as possible. Each hoodie is custom-made in 1-2 business days, and shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.

 

Are shipping included in the price?

Yes! We offer free tracked shipping on all hoodies to Canada and the United States.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Canada and United States.
